About us
History
To account for the growing foundation spirit in the Fraunhofer institutes, the Fraunhofer Venture was established in 1999 with the objective of sustainably supporting scientists on their way to founding their own technology companies.
Tasks
The service portfolio of Fraunhofer Venture comprises the complete support and consulting of founders. The main tasks include the optimization of the business plan, the selection of the legal corporate form and the drafting of contracts as well as the search for financing, cooperation and industrial partners.
