Participation management
Within the scope of the foundation process, it is verified whether the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft will participate in the company. If such participation is approved, the spin-off foundation will also benefit from the Fraunhofer trademark in addition to the technology. The spin-off will thus profit from the fact that the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft in its role as participator is sustainably interested in a positive business development.
Fraunhofer Venture is responsible for the participation management of all Fraunhofer participations. This does not only include the execution of shareholder rights and obligations, but also continuous consulting and support services pertaining to commercial and legal questions.
