As a leading supplier of micro scanning mirrors, HiperScan offers a platform technology to innovative industrial customers to efficiently implement scanning optical procedures in the smallest spaces. One example are infrared spectrometers.
The Technology und Products
The proven and innovative basic technology enables the manufacturing of extremely small, robust and quick near infrared spectrometers - a worldwide novelty.
By means of an NIR analysis, the composition of substances (or blends) may be determined, their consistent quality monitored or the authenticity of input and output substances tested in identification. This enables new and cost-efficient analytic processes in food and process analytics, in quality assurance as well as for the identification of raw and auxiliary materials.
In addition to the application in established industries such as the chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industry, entirely new possibilities for application open up. For example, HiperScan developed an analytic device for pharmacists making the required identity control a breeze. This could have also been achieved implementing conventional technologies, however, investment costs would have been well beyond any pharmacy budget.
In continuation of this success, HiperScan will for the first time conquer a real mass market for NIR spectroscopy with highly flexible handheld analytical devices. HiperScan GmbH, therefore, stands for high-quality technologies and new applications for routine quality controls of materials and blends by means of NIR spectroscopy.
